Student Disciplinary Procedures are available here Student Disciplinary Procedures and Student Disciplinary Complaints Form
The University recognises that situations may arise whereby students consider that the management and/or delivery of their programme of study is not in accordance with agreed procedures. In this regard the University provides a pathway to allow students to raise such concerns and complaints. The Student Complaints procedures is available here: Student Academic Complaints Procedure
Before lodging a formal complaint under this procedure, the student should seek to discuss any issue that arises in relation to the delivery or management of a programme informally with the lecturer concerned or with their Year Tutor, Programme Co-ordinator, class representative, or relevant Head of Discipline. In this way the issue will likely be resolved amicably and faster.
If a student then decides to submit a Formal Complaint, the Student Complaints Form should be submitted to the relevant Head of School.
The Quality and Qualifications Act 2012 defines collaborative provision as “arrangements whereby two or more providers are involved by formal agreement, nationally or internationally, in the provision of a programme”.
TU Dublin has engages in a range of different types of collaborative provision.
Full details of the University's Collaborative Provision procedures is available here.
