Shubham joined CREST in 2022, and is currently working on material surface analysis and coating development for industrial research and development projects.

• Received the Fiosraigh Scholarship for her Ph.D in 2018. Obtained her PhD on the "Development of Sustainable Active Food Packaging Utilizing Natural Antimicrobials for Enhanced Food Shelf Life".
• Completed B. Tech (2014) and M. Tech (2016) in Biotechnology
• Has worked on the biodegradability assessment of a developed packaging film and on the application of developed packaging for fresh produce and dairy products.
• Experienced in Microbiology Class II Lab, ISO 9001
• Published more than 25 articles in peer-reviewed journals/book chapters and presented them at numerous conferences/seminar
