Senior lecturer and researcher, I am dedicated to supporting my students on their learning journeys. I teach students pursuing Bachelor and Master level studies. My subjects of expertise include Business Communication, Human Resource Management, Diversity Management, Organizational Behaviour and Communication, Academic Writing, Research methods. I counsel students during the thesis writing process, and I assess their theses. I also take part in curriculum development; I design and implement courses.
As a lecturer, I try to make the subject matter alive by engaging students in critical thinking, and deep understanding. I use innovative teaching methods to motivate students to discover and enjoy their learning. I am a qualitative researcher, interested in Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis, and Narrative Analysis. My research topics include multicultural teamwork, reflexivity in learning, mentoring in education, facilitation of learning, AI in education, multicultural communication, cultural identities.
