I am a phd researcher in Elect Elect Eng. and HCI specialising in the design of interactive technologies for older adults to engage in physical activities outdoors. With a focus on participatory action research and co-design, my work explores the integration of IoT and physical web technologies to promote outdoor physical activities. My interdisciplinary approach bridges gerontology, technology, and health sciences.
