Lucia is a scholar and active researcher within the School Of Accounting And Finance at TU Dublin.  Prior to her academic career, Lucia worked in the private sector holding roles that included Financial Manager and Foreign Department Analyst.  Lucia has worked at various higher education institutions in Ireland, The UK and Spain, gaining an in-depth understanding of the main challenges faced by third level institutions in the fields of economics, finance and online education.  Lucia's specialist subject areas include international economics and finance, economic and financial crises, environmental economics, and economic development and sustainability.
