Dr Patrick Bruce is a published workplace stress researcher and assistant lecturer in the School of Surveying and Construction Innovation at TU Dublin. Patrick teaches building technology, building sustainability, Building materials and environmental science, Health and Safety, mathematics, interpersonal conflict and workplace stress.
Patrick recently completed his PhD studies on the role of interpersonal conflict in causing workplace stress within the second-level teaching profession in Ireland. He is now actively researching causes of interpersonal conflict and workplace stress within the Irish Construction industry with an emphasis on prevention and mitigation strategies. He is also a member of the Behaviour in Organisations Research Group at the University of Limerick.
