Kevin Donovan is Senior Lecturer at TU Dublin where he was the inaugural chair of the M Arch programme. He currently lectures on the B Arch and M Arch programmes, and supervises M Phil and doctoral research. He holds a PhD from UCD Architecture on the workshop practices of twentieth-century designer Jean Prouvé which was disseminated in part at the Close Encounters exhibition at the Venice Architecture Biennale, 2018. His research interests include actor network theory and architecture, social ecology and the architectural humanities, the poetics of technology, architecture and dwelling, architecture and literature and architecture and landscape. Kevin has also worked for a number of award-winning architecture practices in Dublin.
