Healthy Campus Couch-to-5k Autumn 2024
Looking to kickstart the new academic year with some healthy habits?
Reach your health and fitness goals faster in a fun and supportive environment. Week commencing 04 November 2024, Healthy Campus and TU Dublin Sport are running a 5-week Couch-to-5k Walk or Jog Series for students and staff, finishing with a 'Turkey Trot' fun run on 04 December. There are lots of prizes and beginners, including walkers, are highly encouraged to sign up.
