TU Dublin Hosts Afri Hedge School 2023 - Wednesday, 13 November 2024
TU Dublin Community Development and Youth Work Year 3 students and lecturers, in partnership with Afri (Action from Ireland), will host the Afri Hedge School 2024 on Wednesday, 13 November, from 10:00am to 4.00pm.
TU Dublin Community Development and Youth Work Students and Lecturers work with Afri (Action from Ireland), collaborating on various projects and initiatives to promote global justice, peace, and human rights. The theme for Afri Hedge School 2024 is:
- Human Rights for Humanity
- Right to Peace
- Right to Shelter and Housing
- Right to Gender Equality
Event Details
The event will take place on TU Dublin's Blanchardstown campus - Block C/Croi Building, Sports Hall. It is a free event; however, booking is essential as spaces are limited. The event will commence promptly at 10am, with attendees asked to arrive at 9:30am for registration. Lunch will be provided.
