TU Dublin is passionate about providing lifelong learning opportunities, and our Springboard+ funded courses enable applicants to upskill or reskill and develop careers in economically critical sectors where employers need qualified workers.
The world of work is changing all the time, so whether you’re currently unemployed, returning to the workforce or already in employment and seeking to reskill or upskill, this may be a good time to rethink your interests and your opportunities. It could be just the right time to develop new skills or build on your experience to date so you can take on new challenges.
TU Dublin currently has 600 Springboard+ places on courses from Level 6 (Certificate) to Level 9 (Masters) in a range of disciplines, including Advanced Producing for Film and TV, Business Sustainability Leadership, Data Science, BIM Technologies, Brewing and Distilling, Pharmaceutical Technology, and Computing in Digital Forensics & Cyber Security. In addition, courses are free for people who are:
- unemployed
- previously self-employed
- returning to the workforce
Courses are also free for employed people on NFQ Level 6 courses. For employed participants on courses NFQ level 7 to 9, 90% of the course fee is funded by the state, with students required to contribute just 10% of the cost.
