European Safety & Reliability Conference 2022
Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin) and Trinity College Dublin (Trinity) will host the European Safety and Reliability Conference (ESREL 2022) on TU Dublin's Grangegorman Campus from 28 August to 01 September 2022.
The prestigious annual event, which will welcome over 600 participants from across the globe, is co-organised with the European Safety and Reliability Association, an organisation of practitioners from academia and industry with expertise in risk and resilience modelling, safety and reliability analysis techniques in all branches of technology.
ESREL 2022 will have a special focus on: “Understanding and Managing Risk and Reliability for a Sustainable Future”, exploring a range of topics, including Transdisciplinary Infrastructure Asset Management for Sustainable and Resilient Infrastructure; Safety and Reliability in Road and Rail Transportation; and Risk And Resilience Analysis for Low-Carbon Energy Transition.
Attended by international experts in safety, reliability and risk management, the conference’s varied programme of speakers will include speakers from leading academic institutions, including the University of California, Los Angeles, University College Dublin, the Beijing Institute of Technology and Politecnico di Milano. In addition, the conference will also hear from top practitioners, including leading experts from Amazon Lab 126, ESB Networks and Alstom.
