14th AFIS Conference: New Beginnings from a Franco-Irish Perspective
2021 marks the 14th AFIS conference at TU Dublin, in collaboration with The Centre for European Studies (CEUROS), University of Limerick.
About this event
This year's conference is being run in collaboration with The Centre for European Studies (CEUROS), University of Limerick
Over the two days of the conference, an eclectic range of papers will be presented by academics and early career researchers on the theme of 'new beginnings' from a French, Irish or Franco-Irish perspective. CEUROS will host a session on "France, Germany and Ireland in a future European Union".
Keynote speakers:
Professor Anne Goarzin (Université Rennes 2)
Professor Brigid Laffan (European University Institute, Florence)
Donal Ryan, novelist and short story writer, will be interviewed and will read from his latest work.
