Dr Graham O’Neill holds a BSc and PhD in Food Science. His area’s of expertise include Food Ingredients, Food Chemistry and Food Processing. His current research examines (i) ingredient interactions during food processing  (ii) food biotechnology and the role of yeast and microalgae in food production. Graham works extensively with industry as part of research and is open to new collaborations. He is currently the programme chair for the BSc Food Science in TU Dublin.
