Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA) in Hanoi
Dr Swarna Jaiswal, Mr Fintan Moran and Prof Christine O'Connor recently visited Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA) in Hanoi on the 5th of September 2024 to run a workshop on "Sustainable post harvest handling and packaging solutions for Vietnam to incorporate the use of sustainable education and work based learning". The workshop was a hybrid event and welcomed speakers from VNUA, TU Dublin, Food Safety Authority of Ireland and Vietnam National Authority for Agro-Forestry-Fishery Quality Processing & Market Development (NAFIQPM). Special thanks to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Bích Thuy, Head of Department of Postharvest Technology, FST, VNUA and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoang Anh, Dean of Faculty of Food Science and Technology (FST), VNUA for their support on hosting the workshop in their university.
