“Tech me Out” part of the exciting Pint of Science series took place at St. Stephen’s Green on May 23rd from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. Orchestrated by John Butler, the speakers captivated the audience with innovative perspectives on various subjects.
Speaking on the evening were PhD students from the School of Food Science and Environmental Health. Enya Cody set the tone for the evening with thought provoking issues on Microplastics, followed by Ann Conway on the ick factor as related to the consumption & palatability of edible insects.
Helen Sheridan introduced the audience to the ever evolving world of AI, while Damon Barry emphasized the relevance & importance of digital literacy in our daily lives.
The event was organised by John Butler and TU Dublin facilitated the research.
