The school would like to congratulate the following students who were conferred with their Doctor of Philosophy on 16th March 2023 at the TU Dublin graduation.
Dr Patrick Bruce studied “An exploration of the causes and effects of interpersonal conflict related stress among a self-selected cohort of second level teachers in Ireland.” Supervised by Dr Victor Hrymak.
“PreDr Dr William McCarthy studied “Understanding the Entry, Partition, and Fate of Chlorates in Dairy Processes.” Supervised by Professor Christine ;O’Connor and Dr. John Tobin, Teagasc (Moorepark)
Dr Julie Rose Mae Mondala is awarded the Doctor of Philosophy for her work on “The Synthesis and Biological Assessment of Novel Ursolic Acid Derivatives as Potential Chemotherapeutic Agents for Cancer.” Supervised by Professor James Curtin, Dr Denis O’Shea, Professor Michael Devereux and Dr. Gemma Kinsella
Dr Evanthia Tsoukou studied “Understanding the Potential of Plasma Activated Liquids for Biomedical Applications.” Supervised by Dr Daniela Boehm and Professor Paula Bourke (UCD).
