TU Dublin researchers attended the Institute of Food Science & Technology Ireland (IFSTI) 52nd annual research conference 11th and 12th December 2024 in UCD. Sessions were chaired by Dr Catherine Barry-Ryan and Prof Jesus Maria Frias Celayeta and there were excellent oral and poster presentations from School PhD researchers. Oral presenters included:
