The School together with the Institute of Brewing and Distilling hosted a fascinating presentation on “Looking and tasting good: thoughts on beer stability and haze” – on the 11th June 2024. The lecture was by the world-renowned brewing scientist and author, Charlie Bamforth, Distinguished Professor Emeritus from the University of California, Davis! Attendees were also provided with a tour of our brewing and distilling facilities, discussed ongoing research activities and enjoyed refreshments.
