Biography

 Beth completed the European MSc in Food Science, Technology & Nutrition in 2007. She was appointed to the Senior Technical Officer Role in 2012. As part of this role she has been involved in planning & designing the school space for the new DIT campus in Grangegorman. She also runs the schools largest multidisciplinary teaching laboratory where she supports all Biochemistry & Clinical Chemistry teaching & research from undergraduate to postgraduate level. She is a former international cyclist & runner and still competes at elite level in competition at home and abroad.
