The Higher Diploma in Medical Science is a Level 8 qualification that has been developed as a postgraduate entry route to becoming a Medical Scientist. It is designed to provide education and training to students in all disciplines of Medical Science.
This course is approved by CORU.
Delivered over 2 years (4 semesters) with a combination of on-site (TU Dublin - City Campus) and practice based learning. A clinical placement of 30 weeks (1000 hours) is integral to the programme and will be provided for you in an approved training hospital.
