Jinghang Liu has spent 3 years as a senior engineer and 6 years as an academic researcher, working in both industrial and academic settings. Through her work, she has actively contributed to the generation of knowledge in multidisciplinary fields.
•    3 years industrial experience on biomedical instrument development (2020-2023)
•    lead developer of a novel biomedical platform for patient-derived therapeutics for cancer treatment (2019-2023)
•    4 years research experience on 1 SFI project, and 2 EI projects in UCD and DCU (total grant > €1.35 million) (2016-2020)
•    18 publications in journals, peer-reviewed conferences and book chapters (citation 428, h-index 6)
•    co-inventor of patent "A Method/Device for the Recovery of Cells from Microcapillaries” (2022)
•    co-winner of the DCU Invent Commercialisation Award (2022)
•    Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer (CLAD) (2021-2023)
