Brian Duff is a member of the lecturing team within the Engineering & Built Environment Department, Dublin City Campus. He is an engineering graduate from TU Dublin, and he completed a masters by research in the Mechanical Engineering dept., Trinity College Dublin.  His research papers are related to auronautical fasteners, and are co-published with the late Professor John Monaghan in Irish Manufacturing Council. 

Brians's professional career includes international companies, GKN, 3M Manufacturing, Amdahl and HP in roles relating to manufacturing, quality and customer assurance.  Specialist areas of interest include New Process/Product Introduction, Manufacturing Operations, Lean Six Sigma, Quality Systems, and Data Analytics. 

Professional bodies include Engineers Ireland (Chartered Engineer), American Society of Quality (Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Manager of Quality) and Project Management Institute (Professional Business Analyst).
