Kirk McCormack is a registered architect and professionally qualified architectural technologist. He is Programme Chair of the TU831 BSc (Hons) Architectural Technology programme. He is also Year Head for first year Technical Design Studio and lectures in Technical Design Studio, Building Technology, Technical Research, and supervises final year undergraduate dissertations. Kirk is also director of Longform, a design practice dedicated to innovative procurement approaches and has previously been chair of the Irish Design Awards and served as President of the Institute of Designers in Ireland (IDI) in 2018/ 2019.
