Brendan has 40 years experience in the construction industry incorporating roles as: Bricklayer, Site Foreman, Site Manager, and Project Supervisor in construction stage.  He has over 15 years teaching Phase 4 and Phase 6 bricklaying in TU Dublin, along with 4 years teaching bricklaying to Access to Apprenticeship and BSc (Hons) Architectural Technology students.

He is qualified in: junior and senior awards in bricklaying, city and guilds in bricklaying, advanced city and guilds in bricklaying.
He has received awards in: gold trowel in bricklaying, series 600 craft supplementary award in construction, national winner in bricklaying 1984, 2 years construction technician course.
