In this Tech-Ed for Good Video, Dr Susan McKeever, Head of AI and Data Science in the School of Computer Science, TU Dublin, describes how her research applies machine learning algorithms to problems such as recognising abnormal heart sounds using mobile phones, identifying content online that is harmful for children, and helping visually impaired people to find safe routes when they are out walking.
