AWS GameDay Event - 13 March 2023
On Monday 13th March, the School of Enterprise Computing and Digital Transformation ran their AWS Game Day event, led by Dr. Fernando Perez Tellez.
The event format was a single person AWS GameDay which offered students an exciting opportunity to learn more about cloud services and challenge themselves using the latest computing technologies. This event was supported by AWS Solutions Architects who attended and supported students learning during the one-day event. Students from all Schools within the Faculty of Computing, Digital and Data were represented at this event. A number of these students now have the opportunity to participate in the Regional competition for Cloud Computing to attend the WorldSkills international competition that will be organised in Lyon, France 2024.
