Elaine Rossiter Presents at Kenya International Conference
We are delighted to announce that Elaine Rossiter, one of our key team members on our HRM programmes, had the honor of presenting at the 6th International Business Research and Industrial Conference (IBRIC 2024), hosted by Kenyatta University in Kenya.
Themed around "Business Intelligence and Innovations for Sustainable Development," IBRIC 2024 brought together leading experts, researchers, and industry stakeholders to discuss innovative solutions and share ideas for advancing sustainable social, economic, and environmental development.
The opportunity for Elaine to present at this conference was made possible due to her involvement in the GETM4 project and her contributions to advancing strategic agility and entrepreneurship. The GETM4 project focuses on fostering growth, innovation, and talent management in the modern business landscape, aligning perfectly with the themes of IBRIC 2024.
Contributing under the sub-theme "Strategic Agility, Entrepreneurship Ecosystems, and Human Capital Development" Elaine presented insights and shared valuable expertise, emphasising the importance of dynamic capabilities in thriving within today’s rapidly changing business environment.
IBRIC 2024 featured a diverse range of topics, including environmental accounting, financial innovations, data science, artificial intelligence, and more, all aimed at fostering sustainable development and attracted a global audience, further enriching the discussions and networking opportunities.
We are proud of Elaine’s contribution to this international conference, and we look forward to the continued impact of her work within the GEMT4 project and the School of Management, People, and Organisations.
