Ravshan is an Assistant Lecturer in Finance. His expertise centres on the critical roles of financial support and government policies in driving firm-level innovation. He focuses on how access to finance impacts firm-level innovation, aligning with enablers and constraints in developing economies and emphasizing the strategic alignment between financial support and internal capabilities in fostering innovation. Ravshan is interested in data analytics and employs analytical tools and techniques, primarily structural equation modelling, to better understand and solve complex cause-and-effect relationships to assess market conditions. Ravshan teaches across a range of programmes.
