Jennifer is an Assistant Lecturer based in the School of Hospitality Management and Tourism, TU Dublin. Jennifer is currently pursuing her PhD qualification through TU Dublin researching ‘An exploration of scenario planning as a tool for future tourism development’. She lectures primarily in tourism and marketing in the hospitality, tourism, leisure and events area, teaching modules on sustainable tourism futures, tourism policy planning and regulation, tourism and technology, destination marketing, and marketing strategy.
Jennifer has undertaken research projects in the field of film tourism for large scale film production studios and has contributed to marketing plans for various tourism businesses at Local Authority and County level. As well as publishing book chapters and conference papers in 2021/22, Jennifer has also been appointed to the Editorial Advisory Board for the Journal of Tourism Futures, tenure from 2022-2025.
