Dr Katie Nolan is an Assistant Lecturer in Law in the School of Social Sciences, Law and Education. She teaches in the areas of Law and Technology, Constitutional Law and EU Law.
Dr Nolan's research focuses on digital governance, data protection and fundamental rights in EU law. Further details of her research interests and activities may be found here.
Prior to joining TU Dublin, Dr Nolan taught at the London School of Economics, Maynooth University, University College Dublin and Ulster University. Dr Nolan is also a qualified solicitor (admitted 2016, now non-practising), having formerly worked in a large commercial law firm in Dublin.
