Profile
Sinead Curran is a visual artist and a founding member of the Ecologies, Networks, Art Practice Research Group teaching on undergraduate and postgraduate Creative Digital Media programmes in the School of Media.
Sinead’s research investigates image-making and ecology, by reflecting on the relationship between humans, the image and the environment, through practice-based research and experimental processes. At the heart of her work is the question: How can we understand human and ecological interconnectedness in the world through image-making?
Sinead creates photography both analogue and digital, film and temporal sculptural object-based interventions.

Lecturing Profile
Sinead lectures on the BA in Creative Digital Media, for whom she is year co-ordinator, and on the and MA in Creative Digital Media & UX. Sinead supervises on the MA Research in Art & Ecology.
