Susana Olmos has a BA in English from the University Complutense in Madrid, an MPhil in Applied Linguistics from the University Trinity College Dublin and a PhD in Theoretical Linguistics from the University Trinity College Dublin. Her PhD research focused on the analysis of contrastive markers following the theoretical framework of Relevance Theory. Her main research interests are Pragmatics, Relevance Theory, Discourse Markers, Focus. She has also lectured in Trinity College and Dublin City University.

2014 Award for funding forLearning, Teaching and Assessment Project by LTTC. My colleague Catherine Spencer and myself used this funding to develop a project called MEET (Maximise the Erasmus Experience Together).
