Therese is a lecturer specialising in Culinary Science, Culinary Innovation and Food Product Development. She holds a M.Sc. in Engineering Technology from University College Dublin and a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from Dublin City University.
She lectures at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the School of Culinary Arts and Food Technology and to international students on the Erasmus+ M.Sc. in Food Innovation and Product Design (FIPDes). Therese has been lecturing since 2000, but prior to this she spent 10 years working in the food industry both in Ireland and the U.K. in the chilled and frozen food processing sector and the beverage sector.
