Shannon Dickson is an assistant lecturer in culinary arts at the School of Culinary Arts and Food Technology; 2012 -present. With over twenty years experience in the food industry in Ireland, Canada and Australia, Shannon teaches on a variety of different module and programmes within the school. She has completed at TU Dublin an MSc in Food Product Development and Culinary Innovation in 2012 and a Postgraduate Diploma in Third Level Learning and Teaching in 2020 .
Research Interests
Bakery science, technology and applications, food product development, culinary education and innovation, civic engagement development for culinary arts education.
