Roseanna Ryan lectures and specialises in Pastry Arts within the school. Roseanna has extensive industry experience having worked in many 5*star resorts within Ireland along with working in the Food Product Development sector. Roseanna holds an Masters in Culinary Innovation and Food Product Development, a Postgraduate Diploma in Third Level Learning and Teaching and a BA in Culinary Arts.
