Darren Harris (MSC/ BA) TU Dublin Bakery Programme chair, 27 Years agri-food and beverage manufacturing experience, innovation mentor/ trainer.

Darren specialises in product reformulation, process, technical, scientific, operational efficiencies. He has advised on BREXIT supply chain issues and contributed towards Irish revenue discussions on food R&D Tax Credits. Wide-ranging experience from artisan through to large scale commercial food production with Ireland’s biggest manufacturers/ brands (Scientific technical bakery/ dairy/ meat/ FMCG and operations management). Specialising in a 360-degree view of challenges and unique cross-discipline solutions.
