Ann-Marie Dunne ( BSc Honours in Technology and Education) is a practical lecturer on the Baking and Pastry Arts programme TU741 in the University. Baking all kinds of typical homemade bread , cakes and pastries and this was the start of a love affair with baking for Ann-Marie. During school worked part time in a small craft bakery progressing to study in The National Bakery School in Dublin, working and training in Europe over the years. After college worked in Plant Bakeries in quality control , production management and bakery technical sales before pursuing a role in Bakery Education lecturing since 1993.Over the years has managed numerous students to success in international bakery competitions. Technical adviser in articles for the British Baker and judging panels in UK and Ireland.
