Registration for the 2022 Dublin Gastronomy Symposium: Food and Movement is now open!
The Dublin Gastronomy Symposium will be held 31 May – 01 June 2022 at the Grangegorman Campus of the Technological University Dublin.

The programme will start early on Tuesday 31 May, and finish in the afternoon of Wednesday 01 June. Besides plenary and parallel sessions, the symposium will feature – as usual – a gala dinner on Tuesday night, as well as two communal lunches showcasing the best of Irish food.
