Architecture Open Day
The TU Dublin School of Architecture, Building and Environment annual Architecture Open Day will take place in Bolton Street, Linenhall on Saturday 1st March 2025.
The Open Day will comprise four sessions on-site, commencing at 10:00 and running until 17:00. All CAO applicants will be contacted and invited to attend one of the on-site sessions. We will offer a further parallel MS Teams online session for those who cannot to attend in person.
If you have included the TU Dublin TU831 Architectural Technology and / or TU832 Architecture programmes on your CAO application, you will receive an invitation to attend the event and asking you to confirm your preferred time slot.
On site sessions
The on-site sessions will comprise three experiences:
- Lecture presentation and Q&A on admissions processes, including details information on the TU832 Architecture portfolio submission and interview process. (45 minutes)
- Visit an architectural studio and meet some first years to talk about their experiences as an applicant and student. (30 minutes)
- Experience studio learning in a fun group project with some of our lecturing staff. (30 minutes)
Online session: Friday 28 February 2-3pm
The online session will be open to all applicants:
- Lecture presentation as above
- Online Q&A using chat
