TU Dublin team placed top of the Marchathon final Leaderboard
TU Dublin are thrilled to announce that the 'TUD Ramblers' team were placed top of the Marchathon 2024 Final Leaderboard within the Desk-Based category. This is an incredible achievement, which saw the team climb to third place against a total of 1595 teams who competed nationally.
The TUD Ramblers team made up of
- Dr. Baljit Singh (Captain), staff at MiCRA Biodiagnostics Technology Gateway and Health, Engineering & Materials Sciences Research Hub, TU Dublin, Tallaght campus.
- Abhijnan Bhat student at School of Food Science & Environmental Health, TU Dublin, Grangegorman and Tallaght campus.
- Sargun Singh student at School of Enterprise Computing & Digital Transformation, TU Dublin, Tallaght campus.
Between them, TUD Ramblers took an average of 968,702 steps between 04 March and 31 March 2024.
Well done to the 17 teams at TU Dublin who competed in the Marchathon 2024 step challenge. We hope you enjoyed the Challenge and will continue to walk on the commute and beyond when possible. Over 120 organisations from campuses and institutions nationwide competed in the challenge.
