The 2nd EL@RA conference - 'Technologies and Techniques to Support Sustainable Education in the Academic Sphere'
Invitation to the 2nd EL@RA conference - "Technologies and Techniques to Support Sustainable Education in the Academic Sphere" - December 14 to 15 2023
After a very successful research event at UNITAR Bonn Campus, TU Dublin is moving forward with our CoP –“Research Living Lab for Transformative Pedagogies and Proactive Learning to Support Sustainable Development” In this event we will discuss the importance of Pedagogy to support Sustainable Development. Technology and Innovation are at the core of the Fifth Industrial Revolution and we need to consider the socio-economic and environmental implications associated with economic growth and development, and Technological Universities must play a critical role in driving educational changes that support our academics, learners and teachers to ensure that we proactively contribute to the achievement of the UN 2030 Agenda.
This year, our research event will be looking at: Technologies and Techniques to Support Sustainable Education in the Academic Sphere. Interested participants must submit a 150 word abstract of your idea before the 06 of December to dflal@tu-sofia.bg. Successful applicants will need to prepare a 15 minutes presentation of their work. Publication opportunities will be available after the event. We welcome your insights and innovative practices, and we are looking forward to facilitate your participation at this research event. You do not need to have a completed research paper, we are looking forward to hearing about your practices and the innovations that you bring to the classroom. Our event blends research with practice as we bring together Education and Research that helps us to actively contribute to the development of a high-quality, transformative and innovative educational model.
Please, reach out to our Transformative Pedagogical Living Lab if you have any questions and need support to prepare your participation. As mentioned, we welcome everyone’s participation.
