Student Volunteering Fair 2024

Published: 16 Sep, 2024

Student Volunteering is excited to invite all students at TU Dublin to join the upcoming Student Volunteering Fair on campuses at 12 – 2pm, between 01 – 03 October 2024.

Would you like to hear about the benefits of student volunteering and find the right opportunity for you?  Would you like to make a positive difference in the world? Student Volunteering at TU Dublin will host a range of charities (Dublin-based and beyond) that support environmental causes, health, culture and education for all.

Participating charities include Society of Saint Vincent de Paul (SVP) Ireland, Concern, STAND, Open House, Kinia, Failte Isteach, Debra Ireland, Gaisce and Change Clothes Crumlin who will have up-cycled fashion for sale.

All partners are keen to meet with students to talk to them about volunteering roles that may be suitable. The Student Volunteering Fair will coincide with the annual STAND Festival and Exhibition 30 September - 04 October at TU Dublin. If you are interested in getting involved with STAND at TU Dublin and promoting social justice and global citizenship please get in touch.

The first 50 students who come to the TU Dublin Student Volunteering stand will get a much sought-after Student Volunteering beanie hat for free, so be quick; it's getting cold out there already and it's only September!
