I used to look forward to the Healthy Food Made Easy course I took through the TU Dublin Healthy Campus initiative. The course was informative and practical, and our teacher, Rachael, was very patient and accommodating to the needs of all the participants. I learned a lot from the course, which has helped me be more mindful when cooking. I am now choosing healthier options, baking bread, and, most importantly, cutting my grocery bill in half. I would highly recommend this course to anyone, regardless of their family size. Rachael is an excellent teacher with a wealth of knowledge and experience in nutrition and cooking.
