Healthy Campus Couch-to-5k
Looking to start off the New Year with some healthy habits?
Reach your health and fitness goals faster in a fun and supportive environment.
Commencing 29 January, Healthy Campus & TU Dublin Sport are running a 5-week Couch-to-5k Walk/Jog Series for students and staff. There are lots of prizes and beginners are highly encouraged to sign up. Closing date: 27 January.
As part of the series trained sports and health professionals are offering:
- Free weekly in-person lunch time walk/run sessions
- Optional morning pilates classes (free for TU Dublin Gym members / students = €3 per class / staff = €4 per class)
- Free nutritional advice and a nutrition talk provided by Healthy Campus Public Health Nutrition Interns.
