TU Dublin Turkey Trot 2024
Over 20 students and staff took part in TU Dublin's Annual Turkey Trot which took place on the Grangegorman campus 04 December 2024.
TU Dublin's Healthy Campus, together with TU Dublin Sport, welcomed seasoned runners and beginners to take part in the 3km run. The run celebrated the end of the Couch-to-5km walk or jog series and participants could approach the run competitively or just for fresh air and fun.
Well done to Plunkett Clarke from the School of Food Science & Environmental Health who was first over the finish line, followed by Damian Bruce from Campus & Estates, Ronan Keaskin from Sport, and Peter Jones from the School of Art and Design. Hats off also to Grangegorman local Patricia Madden who claimed the 'Best Dressed Turkey' prize!
Despite some rain, festive spirits were high and participants enjoyed refreshments, snacks and music after event.
