Karishma Lalit Koul
Champion Theme: Education for Sustainability
Karishma Lalit Koul is based in TU Dublin Aungier Street campus studying Business and Management. She is an N-TUTOR Student Champion focused on the Education for Sustainability theme.
Karishma's passion for sustainability stems from her dedication to environmental preservation and her extensive involvement in related activities. She has actively participated in beach cleanup campaigns and, as the President and founder of the Interact Club Kinship Walkers, she has educated students and children at orphanages about the importance of sustainability.
She chose the theme of Education for Sustainability because of her deep passion for the subject and her previous involvement in related activities. As a class representative, member of the student volunteering team, and student council member, she has actively contributed to her community and aims to leverage these experiences to further promote sustainability.
Through her role as a Student Champion, Karishma hopes to raise awareness and inspire positive change within TU Dublin, ultimately fostering a culture of sustainability that permeates both the university and the wider HEI sector. Her ultimate goal is to create a lasting positive impact on the university and beyond, promoting a more sustainable future for all.
