Kimberly Njamen
Champion Theme: Employability
Kimberly Njamen is a student studying a BEng (Honours) in Electronic Engineering and Engineering Software. She is based on the Tallaght campus in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and has previously worked on an N-TUTORR Fellowship project as a Student Helper/Partner.
Kimberly is an N-TUTORR Student Champion who is engaging in the thematic area of Employability.
Her desire and motivation for selecting this particular thematic area stems from a deep commitment to not only enhancing career readiness among her peers but to making a positive impact in her school community. She envisions creating a supportive environment where students can access valuable resources, gain practical skills, and build confidence for their professional journeys. In her role as student champion, she aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, fostering a community of well-prepared graduates ready to thrive in the competitive job market.
