Anissa Mokhtari
Champion Theme: Universal Design for Learning
Anissa Mokhtari is a student studying BA (Hons) in Botanical Cuisine and is based in the TU Dublin Tallaght campus. She has represented the University in a number of competitions and is proud to be the inaugural winner of the Student Award at the Irish Food Writers Awards in Autumn 2022.
Anissa is a TU Dublin N-TUTORR Student Champion who is engaging in the area of Universal Design for Learning. In her role as a Student Champion, she hopes to use this opportunity as a means to advocate and create awareness around this theme in order to transform the student experience. She is involved in activities including hosting thematic workshops, panel discussions and podcasts.
