2. Learn! Introducing WE Support & Spin Out.
Women Entrepreneurship Support (WE Support)
WE Support is a TU Dublin initiative to increase representation of women in entrepreneurship across all of TU Dublin. It aims to (1) increase female student participation in entrepreneurship; (2) grow the number of TU Dublin women alumni in senior leadership positions in external organisations, and (3) Increase the number of women-led/co-founder TU Dublin spin-outs.
This initiative offers end-to-end support, including dedicated event information, relevant resources, and potential funding.
Panel Series
Recently WE Support launched their online Panel Series, showcasing Women Entrepreneurship Success Stories:
- What Scaling – getting past the first hurdle session where moderator Susan Hayes Culleton, Managing Director of the HayesCulleton Group welcomes Guest Speakers - Criona Turley, CEO of Capella Workplace and Ruth Bailey, CEO of VIGO Health who will discuss their personal and professional journey as women entrepreneurs and provide insight and overview on 'Scaling; getting past the first hurdle'.

Spin Outs
A spin-out company is a new company set up to commercialise intellectual property that's generated within the university.
Spinning Out your research webinar series:
Andrew Marsh, Senior Licensing Executive at TU Dublin Hothouse presents the TU Dublin Spin Out Webinar Series. A must to watch if you are involve in research in TU Dublin with potential for commercialisation, or if you are curious about entrepreneurship.
