Dear Colleagues,
Neurodiversity is a term that embraces neurotypical and neuroatypical (neuro spicy, neurodivergent) ways of thinking. Whilst Neuroatypical staff and students in the TU Dublin community can and are being their brilliant selves, we also know that neuroatypical people can also feel excluded and in the third level environment. This can lead to disillusionment and unnecessary barriers to participating in the university community.
